Nickle Alloy UNS 6625 (INCONEL 625) Induction Bends Manufacturers, Exporters & Suppliers in India
UNS 6625 (INCONEL 625) is an alloy of nickel and chromium with the chemical composition NiCr 6.25-2.5FeSi 7.0-3.0, or UNS 6625, SAE J429 and has a mechanical property of hardness, tensile strength and yield strength at room temperature that is equivalent to the corresponding grades of stainless steel, but with better corrosion resistance and resistance to stress corrosion cracking at elevated temperatures.
The alloy can be supplied in coils or as sheets; it has good weldability and formability. The alloy has a high heat treatment temperature that allows it to be used in applications requiring high temperatures such as gas turbine components, heat exchangers and oil refineries where it has excellent thermal stability and resistance to oxidation corrosion.
UNS 6625 (INCONEL 625) Inconel 625 is a nickel-chromium superalloy with excellent weldability and mechanical properties. It has excellent strength at elevated temperatures and high ductility, which makes it suitable for use in applications where high strength is required, such as boilers and pressure vessels. UNS 6625 can also be processed into Inconel 600H steel by heat treatment.
