Carbon Steel WPH 70 Hot Induction Bends Manufacturers, Exporters & Suppliers in India
When it comes to hot induction bending, you might not have considered carbon steel. However, they have become the norm in many applications. Induction bending is a green process. It requires no lubrication, and water used for cooling is recycled. Besides, it offers superior tensile strength and flexibility.
Buttweld fittings made of carbon steel are also available. Here are some tips that you should know before you order them.
o As an environmentally friendly method of pipe bending, ASTM A234 WPB carbon steel 3D pipe bends have superior strength and mechanical properties.
They can be used in various plumbing applications because they don't cripple existing pipes. Moreover, API 5L 5D pipe bends are highly efficient, with smooth surfaces and excellent properties.
Apart from Carbon Steel WPH 70 Hot Induction Bend, Inconel Buttweld, A420WPL6, Alloy 20, and Copper Nickel Hot Induction Pipe Bend are also available from Mumbai, India-based suppliers.
These flexible pipe bends come in various shapes and sizes, and are a great choice for a wide range of applications. In case of any difficulty or question regarding their purchase, you can consult a certified supplier or distributor.
Induction bending is an inexpensive and precise method of bending pipe. The technique involves placing an induction coil around the pipe to be bent. The coil heats a narrow circumferential section of the pipe, ranging from 850 to 1100 degrees Celsius.
Once the temperature is reached, the pipe is moved through the coil. Once the pipe has reached the desired temperature, it is bent with a fixed radius arm arrangement that applies the bending force.
